The building
OmniOffice runs space on the 3rd and 5th floors: 36 private offices for 1 to 9 people, our own reception, four conference rooms, coffee corners, telephone booths and a print room. Every tenant gets a key card with 24/7 access, while reception welcomes guests and handles mail on weekdays. The building is BREEAM-certified for energy efficiency and sustainability.
The neighbourhood
Calea Victoriei is one of Bucharest's grand avenues, lined with palaces, museums and theatres — at weekends it turns into a promenade full of cafés and restaurants. A few steps away, the Cantacuzino Palace houses the George Enescu National Museum, and Piața Victoriei, with the Victoria Palace, is a short walk away. The quieter side streets, such as Strada Frumoasă, have small cafés for a coffee or a lunch meeting, and many of our offices look out onto calm greenery.
